Tech repair Swindon, My experience with this shop is disgraceful. I sold jewlery to buy my son a better phone, to exchange for a upgrade, phone didn't have any signal S21 Went into shop staff were RUDE ABRUPT and said that I couldnt have my money back ,but a replacement. I said that it's not fit for purpose, and my consumer rights .I am entitled to my refund. They refused, they said they "DONT DO REFUNDS", only exchange. They will attend to you immediately, detect the problem and ameliorate it. They are polite and professional. I am glad my phone was fixed immediately.
10/10 sold a phone and bought a brand new one the guys were super helpful lovely guys always recommend
