Took my 2020 Model Y in for a front-end noise and Rob and the team were fantastic start to finish. They did a full multi-point inspection, sent me photos of every issue with arrows and circles so I could actually see what was wrong, and clearly explained the diagnosis (torn lower control arm bushings, both sides). These guys are great. From Rob to Matt and everyone else on their team. Very knowledgeable about updated systems in vehicles and accommodating when you need work completed. They have a level of experience that is not seen most any where else. I trust them with my vehicles when in need of their expertise.
I could not possibly say enough wonderful things about my experience with TechZone. I took my car in to have a problem with the pre-collision system looked at. When I arrived, Rob came out to meet me and was highly professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He was very up front with all of the information as he walked me through the steps of how my car would be worked on. Rob is so nice . I am a mechanic, I feel very comfortable giving Techzone my car.
Techzone Auto went out of their way to find the issue with my high mileage Tesla. Honestly, I had gone to three other mechanics and they could not even find where the sound was coming from much less fixing the issue. Thank you so much, Rob. It’s driving like a dream again!
