I had a great experience with Rob and TechZone Auto. I was referred to them by California Collision in Pleasanton when my blind spot monitoring went out. Rob was great with communication and explaining what they were going to do and what my options would be.
I have been relying on Tech Zone with Matt and his team for almost 7 years and they consistently provide top notch quality and service. Most recently I had a new high end Lexus at their shop for a engine harness replacement. This is a very technical procedure and they executed it without issue. From basic diagnostics to technical ADAS equipped vehicles along with today's fully electric vehicles, I trust this company implicitly over all others.
Fantastic shop, lucky to have found them. They are great to work with, transparent, and know what they're doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My Hyundai Elantra required an airbag replacement. I did not know what to expect or what airbag replacement involved. Rob thoroughly explained everything airbag related -- and with photos showing the before damage and post work of the completed job!
