Llevamos la Macbook de mi hijo para reemplazarle la parte de arriba. El chico que atendió dijo que en la tarde ya estaría y que llamaría a mi hijo para recogerla. No llamò. Al otro día mi hijo llamó y el chico dijo que en la tarde estaría lista. Llamò en la tarde y cuando fuimos a recogerla la parte no era original. No tenía la insignia de la apple y según el chico, valía lo mismo 450$. Ahora mi hijo tiene una Macbook que no tiene la manzana de la apple. Fué una estafa. No vuelvo mas a este sitio de estafadores.
I took my MacBook there for a screen replacement and was told it would be fixed the same day. However, it wasn’t ready, and I didn’t receive any calls with updates. The next day, I called and was told they had to order another replacement because the one they had was defective, but that the new one would arrive and be installed within a few hours. Just found the Techy (Sarasota) shop today. My iPad wasn't turning off, which kept running the battery down. It took them a very short time to fix it! Good shop, convenient, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.
I brought in a 13” MacBook Pro that I broke a cable on after doing a screen repair. The guy who greeted me Marc was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The guy who did the repair Theo went above and beyond and got the repair done as quick as he could and I couldn’t be more grateful as my computer is used for business. I’ll be taking any future repair needs to these guys in the future.
