Techy was an amazing experience. I came in after the Apple store told me it would cost $200 to fix my Apple watch and they took it and fixed it and it's perfect. And the nicest thing ever is that they didn't charge me. We will be back I'm sure. We have lots of stuff broken here that we've never fixed. They are the best.
I recently visited the Techy store in Center Gate Plaza. I was a difficult client because of my lack of knowledge in the technology field. The customer service worker, named Max, was particularly helpful and considerate. Max was polite, extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient. Because of his people skills, I wasn't made to feel as clueless as I am. This young man deserves a raise!Thank you Max and Techy.
