I’m sure this is a great store for many people, and the staff was very friendly and respectful, which I appreciated. I came in to get my iPhone screen repaired and paid $225. A few hours later, I picked up my phone—but quickly realized the issue was more than just the screen. My phone would shut off after being on for two minutes. I brought it back the next morning and asked if it was something they could easily fix. They assured me they could handle it.
