Went in November’24 and paid $374 for a screen repair. It never did work properly but good enough to deal with it. Today July 7, 2025 - I couldn’t get it to work at all so I looked at their website to check if they had a warranty - which they do. In fact, it says “lifetime warranty” on all parts and labor. Went it to get phone repaired and was informed - there is no warranty. Be aware of this when you use their services. My samsung phone wouldn't turned back on even after charging it. My mom recommended I take my device here since she got her phone fixed prior. Samir ran a free diagnostic, he let me know the issue and he was able to solve it! Thank you for your hard work. I am able to write this review only because he fixed my phone.
