I called inquiring about my son PS5 needed some type of repair they immediately told me to bring it in for them to check it out we discovered it was the HDMI neither the less they informed me to give them like 3 days give or take to have it fixed and ready so surprisingly a few hours later i received a call it was done and ready for pick up the communication is A1 i definitely give 20 stars
