Tech guy Ivry Smith is very unprofessional. I went to replace my phone screen and I specifically asked if it’s OEM, and he said yes. After he replaced the screen I stepped outside into my car while I was leaving I realized that my screen wasn’t OEM like he said. Also all of a sudden my haptic feed back doesn’t work anymore. The store itself is super nice, as well as clean. The employees give such good energy, I enjoyed coming into the store for the first time and just seeing everything and if they would be able to help me. I will definitely be coming back.
