The tech was extremely knowledgeable about my phone and fixed my screen in under 30 minutes !! Couldn’t be more satisfied !
Tech guy Ivry Smith is very unprofessional. I went to replace my phone screen and I specifically asked if it’s OEM, and he said yes. After he replaced the screen I stepped outside into my car while I was leaving I realized that my screen wasn’t OEM like he said. Also all of a sudden my haptic feed back doesn’t work anymore. I went back for my refund and the store was closed and he was no where to be found. Two days later I went back because the store randomly closed the next day after I replaced my screen.
