It’s been over a month and I’ve yet to hear anything about the iPad I turned in to get repaired. I’ve called multiple times and no one is picking up. This is a very disappointing and extremely concerning. Edit: its been over 5 months and have yet to receive any updates Edit#2: It been over three years y'all I’m cooked 😞✊🏾
Amazing experience really helpful and super fast service
My phone started showing a warning that moisture was detected even though it had been completely dry for days. It was preventing me from charging it properly. The technician inspected it carefully and fixed the issue without replacing parts that weren’t needed. Everything has worked normally since then.
