Once again Jay fixed my phone. I dropped the phone but he initially recommended I get the screen protector. Guess what, I dropped my phone not once but twice!!!!! He replaced the cracked screen on 2 different occasions within in 2 minutes. I initially thought I cracked the screen. Jay told me he loves to see a customers reaction when it turns out to be the screen protector (THAT HE RECOMENDED) not the screen itself.
