Yesterday My brother sam decided to get his phone fixed it was glitching and not working. They fixed the screen for him. The same day he gently drop it on not hard surfaces and it crack. I personally feel that the stern is not high quality enough and it should not break I feel this should be under somewhat a warranty and be covered because it loretta happen less than hours after!
I had a really disappointing experience at this repair shop. I came in simply to ask about pricing for a repair and had a few basic questions. Instead of answering them, the technician seemed annoyed and walked away mid-conversation without properly addressing me. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask about pricing and details before committing to a repair. Customer service matters just as much as technical skill.
