Jim, was very helpful. I came in for help refinishing my outdoor concrete countertops. He walked me through all the steps needed from sanding, de-greasing, Power washing and then ultimately applying semigloss sealer. The countertops have come out, super beautiful and look as good or better than when they were first created seven years ago.
