Our HVAC stopped working unexpectedly while under warranty. Techstar answered our call quickly and dispatched a tech right away when they learned our heat was out. The customer service rep, Laura, was kind and helpful. The tech, Chris, was prompt and knowledgeable. It has been a good experience so far.
Charlie/Thomas from Tech Star provided excellent service. They replaced a part on furnace. Made sure it was working before leaving house. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and knew their job well. I highly recommend Tech Star for your home care services.
