Outstanding work timely and well organized
The technician that TechPro sent out to replace our community CCTV NVR that had been hit by a lightning strike, I believe reflects the morality of the entire company! We were prepared and fully expected that our NVR would have to be replaced due to a lightning strike. Even though he had a replacement NVR on the ready, after assessing the old one, he was able to work around the damaged network interface port and then reconfigure the NVR to use the spare network interface port as the default and everything came back up online ... read more
