Having Yarden as my account manager made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the company handled our 4K camera upgrade flawlessly. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, did an excellent job with the installation, and took the time to explain the DVR functions and assist with the setup. Highly recommend this company — and especially Yarden — for their professionalism and outstanding service!
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They came to my house for a minor issue, and within seconds of my not paying attention, they took my really expensive ladder without my permission and did not return it. I do not trust this company at all, and I strongly advise against using their services. After talking to the owner, Greg, I’m even more disappointed that he did nothing to resolve the situation and get my stolen ladder back. Now my equipment is broken, and so is my trust in him.
