We had a problem during shipping, I made one call to customer service. It was handled very quickly. They were extremely nice. Acknowledged the issue and re- shipped the order without question. Amazing service.
Contacted TechnoRV because of issues with the installation of the Levelmate Max unit. (The new android app has issues). The tech responded promptly and stayed with me throughout the process. A very good experience.

Placed an order and received a product with a broken screen. Called and sent multiple emails, only for them to give me a hassle. Service is terrible. The product is decent, but if you get a broken product, don't expect their team to handle with grace or promptness.
