HORRIBLE do not shop here. Was lied to on two occasions and told the EarPods I bought from them were real. The first pair broke within a week and the “second” pair they gave me 1. Does not automatically connect with my phone 2. SHOCKING my ears! 3. The chord (straight out the package) has dents in it and no real apple serial number To make matters worse they costs $31.00 when at retail they are $25.00 just get what you need from bestbuy or from the Apple Store directly Don’t waste your time please
Complete disappointment if I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a pair of apple EarPods and within 1 week the product stopped working. Went back and told them initially they wouldn't do anything but after explaining they gave another pair. Well i took that pair to the apple store and they said it was not an authentic product. The serial number was not real, the wires had bends in them and to top it off. THE FAKES WERE PRICED HIGHER THAN THE REAL ONES. Please do not waste your time at this fraudulent establishment. Fraudsters, do not sign up mobile plans with them, wanted to cancel but no one picks up phone and store closed! Kept charging my card in the meantime
