TechCU - Awesome!!! I started my account at TechCU about 8 years ago and I have never had a problem with banking with them. They are not in the business of over-charging the customer outrageous fees and their locations are very up to date and inviting with the latest technology.

I needed your assistance with an issue I had with a merchant not delivering goods and you favored them. I'm closing out my account after 15+ years once I found out you work for the merchant and not your customers!

Tech Cu sucks! Im trusting this bank for almost 12 years now, but I have noticed that their service has changed. I have set up payments for some bills or auto payment but they always making us behind even though we set it up in exact dates the bills has to be paid. And also this bank will scan how you managed your bills, then they will make a way to get NSF fees (overdraft fees). It will not allow to prioritize your important transactions, even the on-line banking money transfer will lock you out so it wont let you put money... read more
Corporate Theft is Okay at Tech CU TechCU managed to double charge NSF fees for single overdrafts. Then I looked back at the last two statements and found they were removing $25 NSF fees during periods when the account *never* went negative.
Technology Credit Union is in a Nosedive Very few ATM's in Bay Area. We stuck to them for 10 years despite that because they used to be good. But recently two incidents, back to back, can only be described as apathetic and casual. When we complained to their Supervisor, it was equally Hum Haw. I guess their culture has changed dramatically and they are a bunch of laid back fellow back scratchers now. I am closing my account with them slowly.
Good place for loans We joined the credit union when we bought our van. They financed the van and it all was such a pleasant experience. They gave us the a good interest rate and no hassles. That's the kinda of banking I like!
