No raises, just pizza partys. One of the worst companies i have worked for in citrus. You will not be valued as an employee, the high turnover rate speaks for itself. This is an endurance job, stand in one place for 10 hours with just a 30 minute lunch. You will be written up for every little thing you do wrong, which will result in your suspension within your first month(no joke they do it to everyone). Company is ran by a crazy owner. This man stopped his car in front of my driveway to try and attack me. They have many wonderful employees but the owner isn't someone you should support.
