I broke the back of my iPhone and the experience with them was above and beyond. They kept me updated about things that were going on and time frames. They went out of their way to come and pick up/drop off the phone at my work, to help out my schedule! Certainly recommend, and great service!
Received outstanding service on my iPhone 16. Was able to save over $400 on service. Very appreciative of their help and attention.
Super disappointed with my experience here. I made an appointment and showed up on time, someone was ahead of me that took almost 30 minutes. When it was my turn, 2 more people came in, and he proceeded to bounce between us and half ass help me. When he finally could help me he was annoyed he had “spent so much time with me without being able to bill me for anything” and therefore wouldn’t help me any further. Had he said he needed to charge me for a diagnostic, I would have been happy to pay but he didn’t even offer.
My subscriptions and apple storage were linked to my credit card. I updated my billing address and now apple can’t charge my card. Deleting all my storage and subscriptions. I called bank and apple support. Apple support only says they can help if they screen share my phone and have me re-enter my credit card information. This is an invasion of privacy given the employees contracted to work, work from home as I can hear the smoke detector batteries are low in background. Rude and disrespectful! They don’t care about fixing anything & they shouldn’t be able to have Apple name connected with them! Cause Apple customer service is top tier these people are just plain rude
