My subscriptions and apple storage were linked to my credit card. I updated my billing address and now apple can’t charge my card. Deleting all my storage and subscriptions. I called bank and apple support. Apple support only says they can help if they screen share my phone and have me re-enter my credit card information. Rude and disrespectful! They don’t care about fixing anything & they shouldn’t be able to have Apple name connected with them! Cause Apple customer service is top tier these people are just plain rude

After calling a bunch of different numbers to try and figure out what to do, I walked into A tech and Gary was able to help me right away. I thought it was gonna take a couple days but he said it would be ready the next day. It ended up only taking a couple hours. Very thankful for the intention and speed thanks Gary!
I took my nine year old MacBook Pro in after the OS quit working and they were able to recover all of my files and photos/videos. Excellent service performed in a reasonable time and at a totally reasonable cost! Can’t recommend them highly enough!
