A $450 inspection saved me $5,000 on the price of the condo I was buying. I was on the fence about getting an inspection on a townhouse style condo but it was well worth the money. In addition to giving me the ability to negotiate with the seller, I received a comprehensive report that detailed everything that was inspected and he even took the time to show me where the water and furnace shut off were.
