I wasn't able to program dea gate remote which I bought from TechnoGate. I called for help and they realized I got the wrong remote. They sent their tech with the correct remote and the tech helped me program the remote and reboot the system so it works properly at no extra cost. Very professional . I will gladly recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. Thank you .
