Guy was fast to answer my call back in May for my broken furnace and showed up the same day to fix it. He was very nice, charged me, then I realised the problem wasn't fixed when I woke up to no heat the next day. I contacted him and he told me that "heat isn't important right now, and he has air conditioners to fix". Understandably, I told him ok, but please come back and fix it when you have the time.
