Purchased replacement Cliff Sensors for our Roborock S7 as it was giving an error code and as a result no longer working. I contacted Technocity and spoke with Ken who was friendly, professional, and really helpful with checking availability of the parts I needed - the parts were dispatched and arrived very quickly. Now installed and all working as it should.
The guys were really helpful and answered all my questions prior to the repair. As I worked in the area I was delighted with their quick repair and I had my robot back the same day. The cost were also extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again.
