Doug.....it wasn't YOUR shirt, and we located it, which you neglected to mention. It was here since July, 2017 - you came by in October. Our policy states we are not responsible for garments over 30 days - however, we had it here. It was ready the day after it was dropped off.....
New owners. Lost an expensive shirt and said it wasnt their responsibility. What kind of place does business like that. Taking my cleaning elsewhere. Giving this place 1 star because you have to or else they would receive no stars.
