Great craftsmanship in their product. Incredibly helpful customer service and accounting team. Would recommend to a colleague or friend.
Terrible product. They are slow to complete orders. When they are completed they're incorrect and ill-fitting. Every time I step into the IR suite I question whether I'm appropriately protected.

Poor customer service policies. If a product doesn't work for you, whatever the reason, expect to pay. Regardless of the reason, a 25% charge is added, plus postage of course. For the privilege of not being able to properly use their product. If they are even willing to take it back. Wish I knew this before I ordered, although it is probably buried in the fine print somewhere. It certainly isn't made obvious.
