I got a quick weave done by Starr. She is the 2nd person I saw for this service. From the start she was already doing things that the previous person didn’t do. She is also personable. STARR IS AMAZING!! This was my first visit for interlocking, retwist and two strand twist. Let me tell you I was not disappointed!
