contacted John, he sent another plumber over to unclog the main house drain,($300) the person was late, tenants where wondering when or if someone was coming.THEN he promised to camera the pipes for "free" the next day, in afternoon!?? No word, no show, tenants wondering again whats going on! Contacted him again, oh "sorry got busy" Ill go tomorrow!! well guess what-no show,no word ! no nothing! He doesn't keep a promise or keep his customers happy or updated on arrival times!

Set up a time between 1-3 to meet. He was going to call on the way. Never called or showed. Never answered or called me back when i called looking for him. Wasted a day of my time when I could have called another plumber to come fix my issue. Will start over again tomorrow with another company that has time for their customers!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are awesome people. They came out in the middle of the night and helped my wife and I out of an emergency situation. She had just had surgery and wasn't able to travel and every drain in the house stopped working so we couldn't shower, no flushing toilets, no using the washing machine, etc. and it was already after dark. Because it was an emergency call and they came out in the middle of the night I assumed that they would severely over charge me. I was mistaken. They w... read more
