Excellent hardwood floor restoration and finish, my floors are so nice and glossy. Mr Fermin has also replaced sanded and stained some warped flooring boards, the finished work looks and functions flawlessly, great work Guys! I will be referring you to some of my colleagues who are flips houses, money well spent.
I hired Technique to do my living room and hallway and I must say that I was extremely amazed by the professionalism, skill and care they took in undertaken this project.
