went in for a trim and had about 4+ inches removed. very disappointed considering I had told the stylist multiple times I was hoping to keep as much length as possible! for reference I went from mid torso length hair to just below the shoulder... definitely not a trim.
Our visits are always great. The staff is super friendly. My son loves getting his hair cut by Grace. I saw Jazmyn today for a cut and color, she’s a lovely human, knows her stuff, makes sure you feel good leaving and truly cares about her clients!!
Sadly the stylist I really liked has left the salon.
Had a junior stylist and it wasn’t a good experience, she had zero confidence and made me feel uncomfortable the whole cut. I definitely need to re cut it because there are random bits all over that are cut completely uneven. Don’t want to mention her name but don’t use junior stylist without a mentor there.. not even worth the $45
Sasha was so good and cut my hair wonderfully!!! She gave me so many tips and I am planning to get my hair done from her again and again!!
