Technik homes build my house in 2017 and it was excellent experience from start to finish. I had full access to property at every stage and in case of any issues they were open in communication. Every time I message them about my concern they sorted out quickly. The specification of my house was much higher than standard home like 3M ceiling throughout, 800X800 tiling on main floor and 450X900 tiles in bathroom, supernatural 60mm stone bench top everywhere with crystal gloss soft close cabinet.
