Dropped in to have name embroidered on a sweatshirt. These guys were prompt (did it on the spot while I waited), quick (only took about 10 minutes) helpful and very reasonably priced. I would for sure go back.

Terrible terrible experience. I tried to get a re-draw of shirts my grandfather used for his small business shirts for my dad. It was about a week before Father’s Day, they said they couldn’t have it done by Father’s Day but about a week and half / two weeks out. Well here we are about two months later still do not have any kind of re-draw image. My sister and I have both followed up multiple times by email and phone and NO RESPONSE. How disappointing. Been working with Andrew at Technicolor for about 10 yrs now. He is one of the best I’ve worked with. They have grown so much over the years adding new tools such as water color, embroidery, sewing, puff printing, and etc. love that they are always evolving and trying to figure out solutions to be a one stop shop for people like us.
