Mike really helped me out during a vacation. He fit my repair in first thing in morning and had me back on the road by 9am.
Great service with great people, our car broke down on a roadtrip and we stopped at the nearest place and they were very quick with amazing prices. It was a particularly hot day and they offered for us to sit in the office with AC which was very kind of them.
SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL Customer Service I was a new customer seeking a specific service that the staff admitted they had never handled before. Due to their own lack of training and poor communication, the service was completed without proper administrative tracking or immediate billing. I went there to get my iid device installed and uninstalled and I had never been under the dash myself and the guy that installed and uninstalled it is trying to say that it looked like I tampered with the wires because a sticker was broken, probably from the cold weather as I live where it snows, if I had tampered with the wires then I would have gotten a lockout for it, Nice try though
