I had several carpets, stairs and hallway cleaned plus an upholstered chair. The name of the technician and arrival time was e-mailed with extensive instructions. Everything looked great and was on time. I noticed an issue with my chair and called. They had another technician come out and figured out and fixed the problem. It was my first time with this company. I’m very pleased and will use them again.
