We contracted Tyrone for some renovations on our home. Our experience with all of the negative reviews are spot on. He used poor quality material, he never took ownership for the poor quality work, what was suppose to take 2 weeks took months and never finished. We hired a lawyer to redeem some of our money and had to place a lien on his business. Also currently reviewing other options to redeem our money as well. I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews as they was more accurate.

Tyrone and his team did an outstanding job on the renovation and addition to our house that was built in 1945. He was very easy to work with and made good on his commitments. We highly recommend Technically Aesthetic General Contractors.

Tyrone took almost two years on a project that should have taken months. Then started sending in subcontractors who damaged my multi-unit property. I had to clean condoms and beer cans out of the areas they were working in. They didn’t complete the work I paid for and then after I fired them, tried to put a lien on the property. BEWARE. SCAM of a company. The google reviews are friends and family to hide the poor workmanship. I do not recommend them.
