I have a service contract with TSI. Two techs came for my scheduled inspection, showed me a UV mold light which they said needed replaced for $1700. I refused, ordered one from Amazon for $69., removed blower cover and discovered my light still good but unplugged by the tech to try to cheat me. Reported.
