I called this company because of the flyer I received in my mail claiming to come out and do preventative maintenance service on my units for $29.95. (Not one of the below services were attempted) The services they claim to provide are: -Check and lubricate any oilable motors -Inspect safety equipment -Clean out the dirt and debris from the bottom of the unit, which helps prevent anything from getting jammed in the motor -Run test the heat -Run test Thermostat -Visually check the evaporator coil for mold, mildew, and impacti... read more

My AC went out at a home I purchased 2 wks ago not living in yet , 2 young guys came out and said it needed to be replaced, I said go head and it was installed, finished at 9 pm. But for 11k plus I should have received an air filter, they used a new one that was in the AC closet for the old unit that isn't the correct size for the new unit and the thermostat wasn't charged.
