Did my due diligence of making an appointment. They scheduled me at 9:30AM. Which apparently is the first appointment they offer. I get here at 8:45, and it’s 9:15. The woman took two walk ins before me and said that “we accept walk in’s from 9-4 and your appointment time is your appointment time”… WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE APPT THEN? she was so rude and then when I got back to do my TSA pre check, she had an attitude with me the entire time. It was a bad experience. My advice is just walk in and don’t get an appointment. O... read more
