Firm was hired to clean out a main drain line in our association. They were to call management to set up the time to be there to supervise. They never did and sent a final bill for the work. They where to take a video after the work was done to show the BOD the cleaned out pipe. 4 months went by with no response. Then 2 months ago then went back and then cleaned the lines and took the video they where suppose to 6 months ago., Then they sent the video and the final bill again. Hired this company to reline pipes under a home built in the early 50s the work was performed in a timely manner and the technicians were responsive and knowledgeable. I had one issue which was promptly dealt with and have referred them to friends numerous times

My HOA hired this company to re-line the pipes for the storm water pond. I have several manholes and entry points on my property so my front yard was home base for a week. When I bought the house I knew this was a possibility so I was fine that they needed to be on my property while doing the work. What I didn't appreciate was that I was not told by the HOA or Technical Inspections Inc. that the work was going to be going on and that my driveway and yard would be occupied by heavy equipment for a full week.
