TERRIBLE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. If you are looking for overpriced work this is the perfect place. For 40 minutes of labor I was charged $125...add in the other fees and I paid $216 to replace a belt. I told them exactly what was wrong with the unit, asked for an ballpark figure and ended up being charged twice what they inferred it would be. Chad passed the buck onto the technicians so he doesn't even have their back. Technician was good but I won't ever have them work for me again.
