I service all my cars here. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are BMW/German car specialists with training and experience from Germany but can work on many different vehicles. At any given moment there are always 5-6 BMW's being repaired. Most important is they are very trustworthy, they are willing to work with their customers, and they will always recommend best solutions to make the vehicle safe for use. not sure if they are amazing mechanics, but Ray is a terrible human being. Coming home from teaching at the school down the block my tire was almost flat and needed some air. He gave me air for the one Tire, but refused to fill up the other three tires that were in dire need of air. He told me he didn’t have any time. When I walked in, he was sitting Doing absolutely nothing. Because I wasn’t spending money in his shop, He decided I wasn’t worth His time. He lost a customer before he had the chance to get one.
