What professional service. I was very pleased with the care and attention we received. Tom directed me the best way he could and saved me ALOT of MONEY!!!!! While all other companies I called told me I would need a brand new heating/cooling unit Tom told me that it could be fixed ! Sure enough his son Gus came and fixed it! Very pleased to have had great service and save money.
Pros? – found through service magic. Father(Tom) & Son(Gus) team. Showed up almost 2 hours late for an appointment. Father is a very smooth talker. Spent almost 1.5 hours but didn't fix anything. Asked for $200 & justified it with expensive gas and cost of insurance and doing business, even though they didnt fix anything. Tom said one thing, then his son said something completely different 5 minutes later, when the father went out for a cigarette. Tom said we need to change this and change that.
