This salon is honestly a disgrace. I booked with Riie, and she treated me like I was bothering her - super cold and bossy, way beyond any language barrier. But the second some Japanese customers walked in, her whole attitude flipped and she became super friendly. The male owner was even worse. Instead of apologizing or doing anything about it, he defended her like she did nothing wrong and started gaslighting me about the 8-minute delay. He was straight-up rude. Luis is amazing I totally trust him with my hair after last session. He’s extremely gentle and careful while using bleach. His experience shows in his technique. I originally got my hair done elsewhere and the stylist fried/melted my hair because of how inexperienced they were even though they claimed have “17 years experience”. Anyways I’m so happy I decided to go see Luis at Techne hair salon because he literally saved my hair and I’m happy with the colour of pink that it’s at now!
