Cant give less than 1 star but they don't even deserve that. Technaglass's customer service is nonexistent and the manager is extremely rude to customers
Unprofessional and rude. They need to learn how to manage customer interactions and expectations. Would give zero stars if I can
Driving in from Trxas got a huge ding right at driver's side eye level. Googled closest repair and found Techna on Juan Tabo, Albuquerque. As soon as I pulled up, Kris greeted me, agreed huge, gave me my options, stated it might be a few minutes but could be done. Went through insurance, no cost to me. Every employee was friendly, helpful and made the experience great. Kris went above and beyond and I was soon on my way.
