They're very friendly and efficient!
Pretty terrible experience, I will never consider them in the future. Ive had three windshields replaced here in the last year. They replaced the windshield on our Tacoma, and a couple days later the roof gutter trim had flown off on the highway, they must have broke tabs when removing. The glass they ordered for my Impreza came in scratched from the warehouse, so I had to reschedule (not a huge deal, they cut me a discount for the inconvenience).
