Most unprofessional business I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. My husband took his car in to get a new windshield and the MANAGER, John, broke the side mirror off his car. I get it mistakes happen, and we wouldn't have been upset if it weren't for how the MANAGER, John, handled the situation.
