After placing my order, confirming the install, and re confirming the install the following day, the company never showed up. When I called to find out the situation, it was all treated like "no big deal". Meanwhile, I wasted 5 hours waiting for them to show up. Then, trying to get a more precise time commitment for the new appointment, I was given yet another 5 hour window. Terrible experience. Hopefully they show up this next time and actually do a quality installation. Not at all impressed so far....
I live off of 285 & drive a lot so I generally need a windshield every year or two. From start to finish the customer service and installation was great! Keep up the great work & I’ll be a customer for life.
