One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business. The owner was very unreliable,superficial and not interested in doing the job. After many unanswered calls I managed to book the bike in for Saturday for 12:15,when I got there the garage was closed but after few minutes the owner arrived.He said it should be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday and he will give me a call back,which he didn’t.On Thursday I’ve called him multiple times with no answer.Later that day I got a call from him saying that he was off with covid and coul... read more

Back again this weekend to see John at short notice. No hesitation to get to the shop early to help me out.....always knowledgeable....had exactly what i needed there and then. Will always return to John for future help! Great bloke! Many thanks again John! 👍🏻👍🏻
It took 2 drive through attempts to find TechMoto, in an unfamiliar area (10 miles from home), only to find it was closed. You may say I should have phoned ahead, but why when the website & shop sign said it would be open. No info on the answer phone either. A little disappointed.
They picked up my motorcycle promptly after the attempted theft, conducted necessary repairs, and facilitated the sale. Would highly recommend.
