Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. What we thought could be a huge expense was covered in our flat fee. He also lubricated the machine and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend.

They are very quick and thorough. I've priced the parts independently, and they are comparable, but of course i went with their expertise with the repairs and installation. It was a quick turnaround as well between determining issues, getting the parts, and doing the repairs.

So after I scheduled the appointment, they had to reschedule due to the tech having a family emergency so this made me a little nervous, seeing that I booked the service online etc. But they apologised and gave me a discount. When they actually came out it was absolutely wonderful. I loved it, and they appreciated my time by offering me a discount for them not showing the original date.
