Worst customer service, terrible experience. A technician came to my house at the beginning of January, unassembled my Bowflex M7, left it unassembled and said they would call back with estimate. I was charged $173 and to this date I have not received an estimate, despite contacting them several times. Don't waste your money on this company.
They are just fraud. I had some noise coming from elliptical and called them for service on the recommendation from the manufacturer. The guy called told me that service charge for $165 and I asked if there is any part needed and you have to come back. He told me that this is one time charge and there is no charge if they have to come back. The guy comes and as expected they ordered some parts.
