I had been using this company for about a year with no issues and than they called me a few weeks ago and said my machine had a recall and to stop using it immediately and to call my primary and have a new prescription faxed to them and from there all I got was the run around including out right lying. I went 10 days without a CPAP machine and getting nothing but the run around from them than I decided to call another CPAP supply company and within 4 days I had a new CPAC machine.
