I had serious water damage due to a pot filler faucet let on for more than a week. My entire first floor African Mahogany floor buckled. The water saturated the floor system and flooded the basement. Mike explained everything. He was very reassuring. Dylan, the crew foreman, did a fabulous job with mitigation. All the flooring needed to come up. On 4/22, around 11:20 am while driving on Albany St in Schenectady I was stopped at the 4 way stop at the intersection with S. Fagan St. As I was about to start moving forward, a Tech East truck came barreling through the intersection, ignoring their stop sign.
What a company. They hired me on as a lead carpenter and after the first 2 days of working there I was horrified by the way they cut corners in peoples homes. Let’s just say you don’t cover up areas that are in severe decay or obviously structurally unsound. I have never seen so much caulk used to cover up poor craftsmanship. Then when someone picked out a problem area that was covered up they put it off on the employee for doing what they were told.
