Quite literally the worst customer service I've ever had. I haven't the faintest idea how these guys are still in business. Here's what happened... 2 months ago I drop off my Asus laptop because it wont charge anymore. The DC jack had to be replaced. I already purchased a new one online and gave it to them along with the laptop. Over the next 2 months I keep calling them to find out the status of my order. They keep telling me they're still trying to remove the DC jack but claim its very difficult being saudered to the mothe... read more
